Our Story
Hospitals had data, they just didn't have answers.
Health-e Workforce Solutions was founded in 2007 with a simple observation: hospitals and health networks were sitting on enormous volumes of workforce data, but had almost no way to turn it into useful information.
Staffing decisions were being made from spreadsheets. Workforce budgets were built on assumptions. And the people responsible for planning didn't have a single, reliable view of what was actually happening across their organisation.
