A visit from MP Catherine King to HWS office on 20th February 2012 confirmed that this funding is part of the Government’s commitment to back original inventions and products and will support Health-e Workforce Solution’s development of it’s ‘Predictive Modeller’.

On the 3rd February Minister Combet (Minister for Industry and Innovation) announced the latest funding offers from Commercialisation Australia. We achieved a substantial grant to build a Predictive Modeller - An Innovative Workforce Knowledge System. The 'predictive modeller' will integrate with existing HRM software to enable hospitals to build virtual organisations of the future populated with real staff from today. It will enable clients to model a myriad of workforce scenarios in search of the most cost efficient staffing model.
