Health-e Workforce Solutions delivers consultancy and unique software products to support health services in addressing their individual human resource management needs. Health-e Workforce Solutions offers a suite of targeted software applications that are designed to facilitate the analysis and management of hospital workforces. 

At a practical level, Health-e Workforce Solutions puts the tools in the hands of managers to meet the day to day demands of healthcare workforce management. Our services are grouped into the following two offerings.

Software enabling proactive management practices by promoting advance requests, resulting in advance booking of shifts, reduce the reliance on high cost staff. Last minute emergency staffing shortfalls are then processed with confidence. The Allocations software conveys information in real time on every facet of data available.

Modelling

Incredibly smart software provides the ability to build virtual organisations of the future populated with real staff.  Multiple workforce scenarios are generated using varying methodologies. Outputs are generated live and in seconds; with a high level of clarity providing significant accountability and transparency (your finance department will be amazed).

"Efficient management of a workforce is a significant challenge for any business. When department rosters, large staff numbers, specific skill requirements, million dollar budgets and volatile work demand are factored in the task can become problematic. Health services face a unique workforce management situation whilst always aiming to offer world standard patient care services.

When charged with managing a valuable and costly resource there is no substitute for accurate, timely information.

At the core of our business is a suite of software products developed from within the industry by experienced software engineers to meet the real needs of hospital managers and administrators. Our software has undergone an extensive process of development and testing in varied and complex operational settings over a fifteen year period.

The products are both integrated into the workforce management systems of clients and used to support our consultancy work. In consultancy, the software modules provide us with a unique ability to rapidly and accurately analyse and model healthcare workforces in both real and virtual scenarios.

The innovative Predictive Modeller enables clients to build virtual organisations of the future populated with real staff from today. 

The following two methods can then be involved in predictive modelling:

    - The first method of Service Modelling, involves manipulation of demand and/or supply drivers.

    - The second method of Operational Modelling, involves an in depth interview process that captures rostering practices.

First we build a virtual workforce using your organisation's payroll & staff  data. To the HWS team this analysis is critical, we must understand your organisation & at the same time give your team confidence in our unique methodologies.

Future

Once we have a complete understanding of your data, we use current profiles to generate comprehensive modelling exercises. Using your direction & our experience to create new future profiles, detailed to generate salary & wage budgets.
